As a lean organization, Vicore relies on close collaborations with external expertise and contract research organizations to ensure high standards, scalability and a cost-effective development of our assets. Meanwhile, we maintain full control and oversight over the entire development chain.

We are organized in cross-functional teams enabling a holistic oversight of projects and effective risk-mitigation strategies with a high likelihood of success. We continue to explore novel approaches to asset development by encouraging and challenging each other whilst ensuring high standards and compliance.
